Easy to book daycare, boarding, and other services through the app or in-person. Staff are nice and professional. Love the webcam feature. Appreciate being able to bring a snack for my dog and the occassional pictures sent by the staff.
My dog has only been there twice (for required day stays to ensure scheduling her boarding) so this is only based on 2 visits.. I did love it. However I couldn’t help noticing my dog was severely dehydrated and dying of thirst both times I picked her up. The second time I actually went thru a drive thru to get her water cuz I felt the drive home was cruel without.
Also, I’m about to board my dog for 2 weeks and I feel like I’m still in the dark about a lot. I’d like to see what the suites look like that she’ll be staying in. I’d like to know if they have 24 hour access to water. How many times they are let out to go potty. Stuff like that. I absolutely did not like that of you don’t get a suite your dog has to stay in a crate. You’d think with that huge place they could put some fenced kennels side by side by side.. But the staff has been great.
