Amazing customer service, hands on care with the Dogs, always giving feedback about you animal when you pick them up, really helps with coaching and training.

Friendly staff that one can tell genuinely care about dogs. I am always greeted by smiling faces and it is clear, while in their care, our dog is well treated and taken care of.

The welcome to both myself and the pup was wonderful checking out the new-to-us daycare. I felt confident by the staff that greeted us that “everything would be okay”!!

The fun days you plan like painting and dog of the week. I look forward to the enthusiastic greeting Eddy and I received every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Totally makes my day!

Efficient, reliable, extremely friendly competent employees and my dogs are looked after even better than I do and they love going to Dogtopia.
Only doggy day care I would use

A welcoming and inviting staff and my pup seems happy to race in each day.

First and foremost is the staff. We were there at 8 am and even though they had to deal with copious amounts of “clients” 😉 being dropped off for the daycare, everyone stayed focused and friendly to our needs as first time “parents … love it 🙂 . The service didn’t end there. Even though we had not booked ahead for a meet and greet, they found an opening for Koda so that he could enjoy some fun time after his grooming …. and surprisingly, very reasonable as well. .. Great hearted, well informed people that obviously love their jobs and your “baby” will feel protected and loved until you return …. guaranteed

My dog is happy when he comes in, doesn’t fight with staff to leave with me and he interacts well. Bonus that I can watch him on camera. Loki loves it.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly care for the well-being of my puppy.

Lacey was super friendly and she did a great job grooming our boy, Freddie. The service was quick, efficient and Freddie was so happy and looking extra handsome when we picked him up. The little tie they sent him home wearing was a nice touch;) We’ll definitely be back again next time he needs a groom!
