Based on the website and an Instagram photo I saw, I thought I would get a report card and first day photo. I thought report cards would happen on a regular basis. Luray has been there two days and no report card.
You had also advertised a drawing for 6 months of free daycare but I haven’t heard anymore about it. The last I heard was to take a picture with your dog at the Dogtopia sign to get another entry. I did that.
I submitted freeze paperwork for spring break via email on Monday, March 20 but no response.
We found the staff to be friendly, and demonstrated a true passion for taking on my fog.
My puppy loves this place. I am able to spy on him thru the webcam đź’•
Hope to have an option to do 1-2x a month daycare packages (as to per week).
The biggest issue is the price, other than that all is good.
