Kindness towards dogs. The facilities are clean and so much care is given dogs and their owners.
I would love to see expanded hours. Especially on weekends.
A lot of health care workers start their shifts at 7a – which means you can’t drop your dog off in the morning because you’ll be late for work. Even if you opened at 6a or 6:30a and stayed open a little later, you’d get tons of business from the thousands of people who work in area hospitals.
I like how my dog looks forward to having a good day, he’s welcomed there, has friends, and is happy. I like the ability to check in on him by webcam and get a snapshot of his day. I also like the scheduling feature- it’s easy to use.
Great experience for our dogs. They always come home healthy and happy.
Trainers were excellent. Our puppy needs socialization to calm her enthusiastic demeanor and the trainers worked with her to help her play with other dogs.
