The staff is just the best, I can tell they really love dogs and my dog in particular. I do wish that the 3rd room were open all the time and feel that there are too many dogs in each room. It doesn’t seem realistic for a couple of people to manage so many pets in a large room.
The staff is helpful, knowledgeable about your individual fur baby – very friendly each time we’ve been by.
What’s not to love?! Jara is very well taken care of and she is so loved there. I’ve never met staff who are all dedicated to their jobs and truly enjoy the work they do.

I’m not sure if prospective customers are allowed to see beyond the office. I was not offered a tour. I would like to see what the entire space looks like, but if that is against company policy, I understand. That was my only complaint.
