The level of care given to my dog
I like how friendly the staff is, and you can tell that they really care about the dogs that are in their charge. I also appreciate how easy it is to book daycare and boarding appointments using the mobile app. I’m so glad my dog goes here and gets so much socialization. Highly recommend Dogtopia!!
Everyone was so friendly and really put us at ease when leaving our timid five-month-old puppy there. Such a great first experience, and we can’t wait to bring her back.

Honestly? I really love that someone always answers the phone. It’s easy to communicate scheduling changes and everyone’s so helpful with any questions you might have. There is also text communication as needed!
My dog can hardly stand the .7 mile drive to get there, and drags me to the door when we do… so they must be doing something right 🙂
If you’re even thinking about it you should give it a try for a day. Great exercise for them, and a little break for you.
We brought our dog, Rusty, in for a meet and greet last week and we were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness from the staff. Rusty was excited to meet them and had a fun time during his time there. He slept wonderfully afterwards as proof. We look forward to bringing Rusty back to stay and play.
My dog loves going there. The staff is friendly and we like it… but almost always I have to give her a bath afterward as she is so dirty. I am not sure if there is a way to avoid this but before moving to this area we went to one in Illinois and did not have that issue.
The other thing I would add is expressing anal glands…I know not everyone’s favorite…but if you offered that I would opt to bathe my dog there. But since i am almost bathing her weekly since she comes home dirty I just take care of it…but I would love to have someone else do it from time to time.
