All staff I met were very nice, friendly, familiar with my dog, and provided helpful info/news about how my dog did that day in daycare.
The staff seem to really care about each dog and go the extra mike ensuring their safety and well being. The dogs can play with each other or just relax in a corner or on top of one of the play structures in the room. And the outside area is a real bonus. Our dog really loves being outside. We feel very comfortable leaving him at Dogtopia Fairfax City, whether it’s just for the day or boarding him for several days. Great experience for our pupper. I would recommend Dogtopia Fairfax City to anyone with a dog
Very open and honest staff as we did our first meet and greet.
My dog LOVES it there. He is so happy and excited from the time he gets in the car to go to Dogtopia and even more so when we arrive at Dogtopia. All the employees are very nice and helpful. I especially love watching the webcam and see the employees interacting with the dogs. They seem to genuinely like the dogs. Kudos Dogtopia!!
They always get me in when I need to drop off. Everyone there really loves dogs.
