The main issue is the lack of reliable webcam service for Romper. The camera always seems to work well for Toybox, but there are consistently problems with the camera for Romper.
Staff is friendly and seem knowledgeable and dedicated.
I love everything about Dogtopia! Your staff is amazing, your services make my pups so happy, your special photo session and treat days are so much fun, your boarding and grooming offerings are lifesavers, and your pet-parents/community are just a joy to belong to.

Not only is the staff at the Fairfax location great with my dogs, they go above and beyond for the pet parents. My dogs, Kota and Xavier boarded over the weekend due to my son’s out of town sporting event and when I was stuck in traffic over the Bay Bridge due to a broken-down car closing the far-right lane midway over the bridge, I knew I would be late picking them up.
I called and spoke to Ronney, who immediately put me at ease and told me he would stay until I arrived. He and a colleague stayed until 6:45pm, well after the 5pm Saturday closing time so I could get my boys that evening. There was no rushing me out, they let me use the restroom (after being in the car over 3 hours) and were more than pleasant.
My dogs LOVE Dogtopia and get excited at the mention of the name… my son and I now speak in code so we don’t get them riled up 🙂

The staff is wonderful. They are responsive and professional and above all, they love Delilah! I can watch her on camera. I know she is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this location.
