Friendly staff. Access to an outdoor area for dogs

All of the team who support Roy and Frecks, the services offered (daycare, boarding, etc.), and how responsive the team is. They also make things so easy and convenient.

More outdoor/pool time and cameras that actually showed the full space.

Availability when needed. Webcams. Helpful staff. Allow you to bring bedding. Responsive staff by text messaging and email.

All of the staff is very friendly and genuinely seems to care about the dogs who go to daycare and other services that are provided. I think the value of the services provided is fantastic as well Most importantly, our dog gets so excited to go there when I even mention the word “Dogtopia”, that I think that speaks for itself!

I love that the staff knows (and loves) my dog, and my dog is always so happy to arrive there in the morning.

More outdoor time, have cameras working

I truly believe that the staff care and love for my dog. They are always polite, professional, and wonderful when a conversation is needed. I just wish the facility was open longer on the weekends.
