Ease of scheduling; close location; friendly and helpful staff

We LOVE the staff at Dogtopia Fairfax City! We have been a founding family since day one and know He Ty is in great hands anytime he is there! They get to know each dog and family and treat them all just as special! As much as we love and recommend Dogtopia to all our fellow dog friends, I have found the recent APP upgrade to be less than the quality I have come to know! The new app is not functioning properly and things I could do before with ease no longer work. Please fix the app or return to the previous version!
Beyond the app, we love everything about Dogtopia Fairfax City!

Always treat my dogs like the were their own. They know them by name and great them, and us with s iOS!

Biggest issue are the cameras. Toybox seems to work pretty consistently, but Romper (where our dogs go) is hit-or-miss – often miss. Same with the gym. The camera for Outdoor was always on, although the dogs were hardly out there, but most recently is has been consistently off.

I love that the staff love my dogs and take great care of them. I love being able to watch them play and have fun on the puppy cameras. I love the themed events and special treats. I love the availability of boarding and spa treatments!

Our dog gets very excited to see her people at Dogtopia! She loves the pets and affection. It’s always a joy to watch her get excited for daycare when she leaves the house We know she is in good hands and are so thankful to have this location so close by.
