Staff with good customer service skills. They seemed knowledgeable and reassured me with my concerns. I like the video streaming too.
More report cards to see how she is doing and to keep me at ease for boarding overnight where I don’t have any visibility.

There seem to be definite favorite dogs who get featured on social media more and chosen for dog of the week, etc. I’m guessing it’s the ones who go more often
