The customer service was great and Lola loved the playtime with the other dogs. The only thing that hit me hard as I walked through the door for the very first time was the powerful urine smell.

If it’s a cleaner you might consider changing it. It was so powerful that I had to stand by the door to get some fresh air because my eyes were tearing. I have been to other Dogtopias where my dog was a member and never experienced this horrible smell.

I like that the staff knows my dog, and they are always happy to see her. Likewise, my dog is always very excited to get to Dogtopia and be taken back with the other dogs.

Friendly staff, easy and efficient daycare booking system, and our dog Harley LOVES going each week. Also the rates are very affordable which is a huge plus when budgets can be tight and we appreciate that!

We are from out of town and traveling with our dog. By sending them her shot records from the vet, they were able to make an appointment the next day for a spa bath. Dolly was happy there and I would use their business again.

Dogtopia offers cage free boarding on a first come basis, so this was the primary reason we chose them for overnight boarding.

Their webcam let us see our dog’s activities during the day and when we picked him up, he was tired and relaxed.

Dogtopia gives the dogs a nap time from noon to 2 PM and I thought that was great so no one becomes over stimulated. Good business practices and staff were knowledgeable, present and experienced.

I am very happy with the staff, They show a genuine likeness for working with dogs and their owners. My dog loves spending the day there . Sometimes I think she likes it more than staying home with me.

It would be great to have longer hours on the weekends for people who work on the weekends.

We have been taking our pup there for several years. He is anxious to join the group when he realizes where we are going. He comes homes tired from an active day and sleeps well.
