It would be great if there were extended or longer hours, especially on the weekends.

Enthusiasm of the staff, and the obvious care they take with dogs of different temperaments.

I have used Deltopia’s services in Fairfax, Virginia for both daycare and boarding and I have been extremely happy with them. All the staff are friendly and true lovers of dogs. My dog looks forward to going there and comes home happy and exhausted. I’m sure if I sent her their seven days a week, I wouldn’t hear one complaint from her. I would happily recommend Dogtopia to all my friends.

I love our Fairfax Dogtopia! My little dog has done so well there and they are super responsive and friendly. I love checking in on the video feeds and all the events that they do!

Pleasant front lobby staff and loving atmosphere in play areas. Harry is always so happy to be there.

Great service overall. Great care for the dogs. However, webcam for Romper is often on the fritz. Toybox camera is always working, so not sure why the Romper camera has many problems.

The front desk staff always great my dog by name and make her feel safe and loved.

The only thing I would change is the location of the cameras. The show only the middle and sometimes I just can’t find my girl for a while. I have 100% trust in the staff but still enjoy checking in from time to time 🙂
