Very clean and super friendly staff
They love your dog like their own! My dog is so excited to go see everyone everyday!
The only things I can think of is to keep the area cleaner during the day. My dog always smells a little bit like urine at the end of the day. My dog is also eats other dog’s poop, so scooping it asap would be awesome as my dog will vomit it up after arriving home. Otherwise, staff is great, they know my dog, and my dog has a wonderful time and loves going to Dogtopia!
The African American woman who helped me was super nice and conversational. She is definitely an asset to hold as she seems to be good at her job and can relate to customers well. She not only engages with customers but gives me a sense that she is ensuring my pet is being well taken care of. I don’t think she would allow my pet to be neglected or mistreated. She was a pleasure to interact with.

Difficult to get daycare without planning significantly ahead of time.
Too crowded. Need some outdoor space or option to take dogs for walks.
Extremely friendly staff who take exceptional care of dogs and their humans!
Staff love the animals. My only critiques would be RE: the parking situation during certain times of the day.
