Dogtopia Falls Church offers great service and really gets to know each and every dog. My dog is always taken care of when he is getting humped or looks uncomfortable. There are a lot of dogs per workers, so I understand it can be an extremely stressful situation for both the workers and the dogs, but I think the staff does a great job.

Genuine, honest, respectful people!

Convenient and caring. Take good care of clients. Dog seems to enjoy it. Hectic in morning at drop off and in evening at pick up. Parking limited.

Only downside is no outside space. Otherwise, Dogtopia Falls Church is the best, all of the staff are great!

Can’t book appointments through the app, frequently unable to get someone on the phone. They seem great with the dogs but I can’t get an appointment for my dog

I think it’s ridiculous that you make it mandatory for dogs to have a bath if they have been there for a week and then you charge $50 for a simple bath AND you ask for a tip for the “groomer”. This is really expensive for a simple bath, and you should not be claiming that this is “grooming” and expect a tip. $50 is what you would normally pay for a complete grooming session – why is that so expensive?

I have boarded my dog other places that would give my dog a complementary bath when I was there for a week, recognizing that I had already spent hundreds of dollars.

Please change your policy so that this is NOT MANDATORY, but a choice. I feel like I am being fleeced every time I am being charged $50 for a simple bath and then being asked for a tip on top of that.

Our dog has fun, the staff is friendly and takes good care of our dog.

I love everything – It’s the only place I would consider for pampering my babies.

The communication was great, the staff put our mind at ease, specific areas for breed size.
