Job Description
Are you an artistic, organized and self-motivated all-breed stylist? If yes, our award winning grooming salon is looking for you! Our business is based on customer service and our clients expect and deserve the best. We have a full time position available with W-2 commission wages. Our grooming salon is open 7 days a week. Stylists must meet with each pet parent for a professional consultation prior to the groom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience needed in all breed, all sizes, dog grooming
- Photos of previous grooms showing various breeds and styles will be requested prior to interview. Show us how talented you are!
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills a must. Must be able to effectively communicate.
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Ready to take over existing customer needs.

This is a role for someone with Team management skills who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. This person should love dogs – and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!
As the Front Desk, you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

- Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
