The manager takes exceptional care of the puppies, her staff and customers. This is not your regular daycare for puppies. Dogtopia Fort Collins, such a high bar for customer service and exceeds at every time. We’re lucky that we have our dog and doggy daycare together.

We picked up our dog early and our credit card was charged for daycare instead of original boarding booking. The daycare charge was more than the boarding charge would have been. It took 3 calls to get it fixed.

I love that our dogs are so warmly welcomed. One of our pups, duchess, can be difficult to warm up to. She is a true rescue and doesn’t trust many people. The Dogtopia team took the time to get to know her and help her overcome her fears.

Snow White is so excited to go into the building. I know she must be well cared for and loves playing time. I love the web cameras so I can see her each day.

Staff that is concerned about my dogs well being. Greatly appreciate Riley who is always helpful and pleasant.

I like that you add games/enrichment to the daycare. Staff seems happy to see my pup and she’s happy to go there. It’s nice being able to have her groomed and washed at a place she already feels comfortable with and you do a great job. You are always willing to work with me and my pups needs
