Meet the Team
Myaih Mikolaizik, General Manager Dogtopia of Fort Collins
Hello, I am Myaih Mikolaizik, the General Manager of Dogtopia. I grew up in a small town located in Michigan before coming to Colorado for college. Colorado State where I got my Bachelors in Zoology as well as a Masters in Animal Management. When I am not enjoying the company of pups, I love reading all genres of books (except nonfiction), painting, drawing, and cooking. I have always had a passion for animals, especially dogs, and am thrilled to be a part of the Dogtopia team!
Hallie Wright, Pet Parent Relationship Manager Dogtopia of Fort Collins
Hi there! My name is Hallie Wright and I was raised in Colorado Spring for most my life until I left for Colorado State University! I am now a proud CSU alumni with a degree in Zoology. I joined Dogtopia in July 2022 as a Canine Coach and have grown within the Dogtopia family to now be the Pet Parent Relationship Manager at Dogtopia Fort Collins while also being lucky enough to help support Dogtopia of Lafayette and Longmont grow! When I am not helping with the Dogtopia team, I love to spend time with my partner and our three dogs, Cricket, Phoebe, & Maeve, while we go on fun hikes and cuddle up to Survivor!
Todd Minnis, Owner of Dogtopia of Fort Collins, Lafayette, & Longmont
Todd and Paula Minnis have always tried to match the number of pets in their family with their children. Two dogs and two cats with a soft heart for Golden Retrievers. Two girls and two boys to take care of them.
Texas transplants they moved Boulder three years ago and wanted to build a close community connection. They purchased the Fort Collins Dogtopia in February 2024 and immediately began expanding to both Lafayette and Longmont communities.
One fun fact is that they own Coyote Drive, a drive in move theater, located in downtown in Fort Worth, TX that they opened in 2013. Another way to be part of the community and also welcome dogs to the picture show!
