Wait times are long, doesn’t seem to be enough staff.
Allow owners to see the entire property where dogs stay throughout the day.
Not put dogs in the silver kennels, too small.
Front area often smells of urine, need more consistent cleaning.
The friendly staff who treat the pups with so much care and attention is greatly appreciated. You can really tell that they love all the dogs as their own. They provide a great balance of play with ensuring that the dogs have enough quiet time/time outs 😝.
