Flexibility in scheduling, friendliness of staff, webcams to see pups when I’m at work, spa/boarding options with daycare.
When boarding my dog it would be great to receive updates and photos. While I know if something is wrong I would be contacted – it gives me great piece of mind while away to know my dog is happy and doing great.
