Got a bath and brush spa day and my pup loved it! Great job!

I like the fact that everyone there is friendly and dog friendly and seems to know how to handle dogs and I feel very confident leaving my 8-year-old Shepherd that’s been through a lot in her life there they know how to understand her and she gets along just fine so it’s been the best thing that happened to me and actually found Dogtopia due to bringing one of my other clients dogs there and picking him up and said well this place is amazing so I give 100% plus more to Dogtopia Broward Boulevard hooray hooray hooray!

Desiree was super informative when I got there and helped ease my nerves. The team (the male, I didn’t get his name) took my calls to check-in with patience and helped me get access to the cameras. They seemed to really care about safety and how me and my dog felt. They also weren’t overly sales-y or pushing me on anything. Even before my visit I felt there was a lot of follow-up so I was prepared walking in.
I really liked that there are cameras and that I could see my dog during the day to feel comforted by how she was being treated. I was nervous based on other experiences and the team really left a good impression and make me comfortable with the experience.
