Love and care of my doggie
I especially like the excitement the dogs have on their face either entering or exiting the building and the people are very friendly and excited to see the dogs each and every time I bring them. I like the way they handle the dogs and their hours are terrific for my schedule.

I love how friendly, kind and attentive all of the team memebers are at the Ft. Lauderdale location. My dog Toby is so happy! I like that we can see Toby on the camera during his stay. It makes me feel better.

The staff is great and my pups come home exhausted.
With that said – I signed up for the app when I first went in to talk to the staff. I can’t log in online or on the app. I still don’t have access to my account or the video cameras. There was a ticket put in for the tech team multiple times by the staff but I have heard nothing and still can’t log in.
In the interim, I’ve reserved a boarding stay and have had my pups in twice – but still cannot access the cameras. I offered to create a different account with a different email but was told I should hear from the IT people in a day or two. Nope! Still waiting.
