The friendly staff. My pup comes out happy everyday he is thete.
The staff knows every dog and dogs name, every dog owner. Staff is wonderful!! My dogs quarks, the staff works with my dog and she is becoming such a well socialized younger dog!! Love them and how sweet they are to the dogs!!
Bristol at the front desk is just fantastic. Great attitude, friendly demeanor, not bothered by anything always willing to be helpful. And I just met her. I am a new customer with my dog Pete.
Would love that they give more outdoor time to the doggies, improve the cameras system as they fail a lot. The new app is way better than the previous one! The staff is very friendly and polite. They have been very patient with my doggie.
