Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also I like that they send me pictures of my dog throughout the day when he is getting his protein bowl.

Ease of checking in. Friendly staff and there seems to be very little turnover which is great. Lots of fun activities to sign up for during the week. Oh and the fundraisers for the Dogtopia Foundation! Love this place.
