After Levi’s stay he was extremely matted I could not even brush them out, so would have to say he needs to be brushed after they bath him.

The staff is loving and involved. They always know my dog’s name when she arrives. They are very accommodating and flexible in terms of scheduling. I trust my dog in your care implicitly.
The one thing I am not happy with is that it often smells like urine in the lobby. That suggests to me that it probably smells like urine in the back as well. Is the facility as clean as it should be? Can it be deodorized?
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also keep the facility nice and clean. The cameras are also a big plus!
