Great Customer Service and care for pets.
There have been a few staff changes in the last few months, I was a little concerned how this might affect the dogs and me. But things have been adjusted seamlessly. Sam has constantly checked in with me to make sure me and the pups don’t have any questions. Shaun has come in and is very personable and loves my pups. All of the people who work my pups show how much they enjoy hanging out with them. I have the most interaction with Julie and Megan – they definitely love my two pups and are wonderful talking with me too!
I love that my dog is so happy to go in and play and see all the staff. The staff is very loving toward her.
The staff is attentive and my dog loves going. He looks forward to it every week.
