Everything the efficiency of the staff!
The inability to charge an on-file credit card extended the process of checking-out and made it less smooth for me and the others before me. Some of the staff appeared disheveled and overworked, which I have not seen before. The video feed continues to be glitchy and freezing constantly, and I depend on it to make sure my dog/s are being cared-for and are having a good time.
My pups are always excited to go there. Staff is awesome!
