They communicate well with what events are taking place. They are always friendly and inviting.
Frankie is OBSESSED. I just ask if he wants to go to “school” and he takes off for the door. The only negative in my opinion is the pickup and dropoff wait time. And honestly, I don’t know if there is a better way of organizing it. I start work at 6am, so I am late on days I drop off Frankie which is fine, but there can be such a long line in the morning, it can take 15-20 min to get him in. So we have started arriving at 5:40am just to wait the 20 minutes and hopefully be the first ones in. And then for drop off it usually isn’t bad, but there have been days where it is pretty backed up. I almost wish there was a drive thru for drop off and pick up, or a second entrance/exit. But I understand it is probably being run the best it can. Besides that we love you guys, love the friendly staff and love being able to watch my boy while i work. Thanks!!
Great service and accommodations for my 9month old puppy and he is ALWAYS EXHAUSTED when he comes home. ALWAYS HAPPY & Bubbly!!! 🤞👍🙏😇❤️
