Employees seem to really care about the dogs. Having the cameras, open for drop-off and pick up on Saturday and Sunday.

My fur babies enjoyed themselves and engaged without hesitation. The Dogtopia team is lovely, attentive, and passionate about their business. Everyone was hands-on for our Meet n Greet, and I have never been to a facility where they show you the front and back-end operations. The facility smells so fresh and clean, which is not the norm and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. The idea that they are so willing to open their facility up for thorough evaluation, aside from how pleasant everyone is, was the deciding factor for us. We are excited to have our fur babies become part of the Dogtopia family, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service provider who shows care and concern for your pup.

Location is great for me in Frisco. The is very helpful and friendly. They took good care of my Furgie.

Friendly front desk and always willing to answer all my dog mom questions. I also love that there are cameras I can watch and that y’all recognize Marvin when he walks in!

Such friendly staff, and our dog is in a hurry everytime he goes there – whether it’s just a play date or boarding. He also forgets we exist as soon as we get in the lobby and he sees a staff member coming to get him!

Absolutely great daycare and boarding from my most recent trip. I also had my dog groomed on Thursday and she looks amazing! Super happy with the results! I’m also so grateful they are prioritizing the health and well-being of the dogs who go to their daycare by requiring the canine influenza vaccine. I happily got it for both my dogs if it means they can be any amount safer while playing with their friends!
