Shawn & Dipa Patel, Owner of Dogtopia of Frisco-Preston
Hello Parents,
Shawn and I are the owners here at Dogtopia of Frisco-Preston.
A little background behind US:
Shawn’s background was in Hospitality Management, and as for myself, I worked in the medical field for an Orthopedic Surgeon. With our lives heading in two way different directions, Shawn and I met over a dating website. After talking for 3 months, and dating for 1 year, it wasn’t long until we were married. We now live in Northlake, Tx, with our two young boys, and 2 furry family members, Zeus and Jack.
We got into the Doggy daycare business from the passion and love we had for animals. When we decided to move to Texas, we weren’t sure what exactly we were going to pursue, but after several months of research and stories heard from close family members and friends in the Dallas area, we decided, Doggy daycare was where we wanted to be. We checked out several doggy daycares around the area and got all the information we needed in regards to franchising in one, and hands down, Dogtopia was the place to be for US! We treat every day as if, “It’s The Most Exciting Day Ever”, here at Dogtopia of Frisco-Preston, and we can’t wait to meet you and your furry friends!

I’m Allison, the Operations Manager here at Dogtopia of Frisco-Preston. I have always gravitated with lots of passion and love for all animals, especially my two German Shepards, Bentley and Loala and my kitty cat, Beans. I am a very holistic and calm individual and I am very in-tune with dogs and their body language. I work well as a leader giving encouragement, not only to the pups at daycare , but also the members of our amazing team. Come in and check out our facility and see how engaged we are not only with your pups, but also with all you parents! We are always ready to have the Most Exciting Day Ever…Everyday!
