I really love the friendly atmosphere, the amazing and hilarious activities my pups get to participate in, the community work done by this location, the pictures I receive of my boys on at least a weekly basis, and how I can trust that when I have to be away from my dogs, I don’t have to worry about them being taken care of.

Every person I’ve interacted with is clearly a dog lover and are very skilled at what they do. They keep an open line of communication and are completely transparent. I always have and always will tell everyone I know that Dogtopia Frisco Preston is the best choice for daycare, boarding, and spas.

Professional, kind staff. Clean environment

The owner, Shawn works wonderfully with small pets, He is the only one who trims nails perfectly that I can trust. He takes pride in keeping area clean and disinfected.

Friendly and took their time to do a tour

Friendly staff, easy to use app, services available when I need (daycare, boarding), clean facility, quick & easy drop off & pick up, themed days each month (crafts, games, treats, etc), Webcam, photo updates via text – overall highly recommend!!

Bullet and Seven love spending time at daycare!

Dogtopia Preston Frisco is hands down the best Dogtopia branch I’ve ever been to! All the staff here are genuinely friendly, laid-back, and truly love dogs — which is not always the case at other branches I’ve experienced in different states.

At some other locations, I felt like the staff were more focused on complaining about normal dog behavior — “your dog is too playful,” “your dog jumps too much,” etc. I always wondered, aren’t dog trainers supposed to help with that, not complain the owners and say it’s won’t be on permanent records?what a crap?

But at the Preston Frisco location, it’s completely different. Shawn and his amazing team really know how to handle dogs with love and care, and they never make you feel bad about your dog just being a dog. They have real trainers who understand canine behavior and treat each pup like their own.

Unfortunately, we had to move out of state for work, but my dog Walter absolutely adored everyone there and always came home happy and tired. We truly miss Shawn and the entire team for the incredible service they provided — they gave us peace of mind every single day.For sure some day we gonna go back there and have our dog enjoy with the team.
