Convenience & care

Flexibility. With two kids in hockey where The final game schedules are determined by wins and losses on the last day, I’ve come to rely on adding a note to my booking request that it’s a tournament with possible extended stay. It’s great to know all I have to do is call and let them know if we need an extra day. The Gainesville Dogtopia has been accommodating with a positive attitude, every time. I do my part to let them know it might be longer, and they have it in their system, it’s not an issue. My dog is excited to be there every time. That matters, too.

Ease of use and care of the staff. I was able to watch thru the online cameras and that was very good.

Dogtopia of Gainesville always takes pride in taking care of every pup they meet! They always make sure that every pup gets the care that is specified for each individual pup!

Very nice staff who are definitely dog lovers

Staff know my dogs very well at this point and understand their quirks. We love the livestream access and text updates when there are daycare events. Our dogs always come back tired and happy.

Our guy loves his daycare days! He comes tired out from his active day!

Always moving and willing to help. They make drop off and pick up easy.

I’m a huge fan of getting nail trims for my dogs.
