Jj is always so happy when hw can visit.

I love the fact that they are open at 5:30am, Monday – Friday. It is a definite plus when you have to work early. I like how they constantly do photos or crafts, little keepsakes so that we keep track of how they change from month to month.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! The staff does an amazing job taking care of our dog, Alvin. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them like family. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which gives us peace of mind knowing Alvin is in great hands.

We truly appreciate the care, patience, and attention they give him. It’s such a great feeling knowing he’s in a safe, loving environment while we’re away. Thank you to the entire Dogtopia team for taking such great care of Alvin! Highly recommend!

The staff are the best! They are always so so sweet and patient to our Deaf dog Bones. He loves them.

Nail trim services are convenient and reasonably priced.

Staff really cared about the dogs and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. Staff followed up with email after initial visit. Facility is clean and well run.

Always available and Brooklyn is wiped out when she comes home. Only complaint is the smell when you walk in the door, but that’s it.

I don’t see anything to improve. It all seems to be ok. If you want “10” YOU think of how you can improve.

Convenience & care

Flexibility. With two kids in hockey where The final game schedules are determined by wins and losses on the last day, I’ve come to rely on adding a note to my booking request that it’s a tournament with possible extended stay. It’s great to know all I have to do is call and let them know if we need an extra day. The Gainesville Dogtopia has been accommodating with a positive attitude, every time. I do my part to let them know it might be longer, and they have it in their system, it’s not an issue. My dog is excited to be there every time. That matters, too.
