Friendliness and patience of staff.

We had called twice about a concern and was told management would call us and never did. Our dog Lola boarded there for a week and when we picked her up we knew something was wrong with her breathing. She didn’t eat when we got her home. We took her to the vet and it ended up being bronchitis/upper respiratory infection that the vet said was caught at dogtopia. I tried to call to let the staff know and was told management would give me a call back and never did.

The other time I noticed when watching on the cameras that Lola was in the cage while the other dogs were being left out in the morning and I did t understand why. When I called I was told she was trying to eat other dogs poop but this was the first I have heard of it. There was no communication prior that she was doing this.

Drop off and pick up is so easy. My dog Juniper LOVES going to daycare, all I have to ask is if she wants to go see friends and she starts jumping around. Their themed photo days are some of my favorites- I love getting pictures of her. They have a bark board you can order lunch from for the puppies. Their hours are great- it makes it convenient for my work day. She comes home tired and happy every time she goes. I do not worry about her at all when she is at Dogtopia!

The employees are all kind and helpful. They communicate well and are always prompt with responses.

The staff was great and I felt they really had the dogs intersets at heart. We will see how often we choose to use daycare, however, it is an option worth exploring for us.

Kayce just loves going to Dogtopia! She is usually standoff-ish around people in public, but she immediately gets excited to see the coaches at Dogtopia and let’s them love on her. I can tell they care about her well-being and spend time with her while she’s there. Everyone is super friendly to me, and willingly takes the time to answer my dozens of questions. Dogtopia has been key in her positive socialization as a puppy, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them over the others we visited.

I love the new ownership and the care team at the Gainesville location for Dogtopia. They really seem to care about dogs and I like the fact that they offer extra petting time for small fee to the owners. Please continue to keep up the good work.
