Even though my dog does not like a bath, the staff caring for him is always lovely and kind!
The people at the front made me comfortable with leaving my dog there. I had him go on the weekend and they put him in a different room BUT watched him. When I picked him up they let me know what they did and how he did. This is exactly what I needed for my puppy (10 months).
We find the Dogtopia of Gainesville staff to be very, very attentive to our dog (and all the other dogs)! They treat our dog as one of their family and occasionally send pictures of the fun crafts and games she’s playing. We’ve been extremely happy and look forward to a long relationship. Thank you!

Caring about my dog. My pup loves to go, always comes back home exhausted after a fun day.
Staff are always very friendly and warm with her.
The process was very simple l, staffs were very nice. I was able to see my pet which was a relief. I would use them again. But boarding is very pricey
This facility has had its short comings. Staffing shortages plagued it for at least two years post pandemic and it was very noticeable. Front desk staff were very rude and ignored pet owners request for transparency. Since June 2023 I’ve witnessed a remarkable surge in the cleanliness, the friendly reception from the Dogtopia team, and a display in the lobby of menu items, such as “Dog of the Week” annoucements and there’s a pleasant smell now in the lobby. There’s an overall professional atmosphere due to new management.
My dog loves coming and that’s why I have stayed the course. I will always monitor it for changes in care to my pet. Thanks for caring!
Large and innovative space for dogs. Constant viewing and vigilance of all of the play areas. Well lit and friendly dog loving employees.
I loved the place, employees care and love for my baby boy!!!! The tour was awesome and a clean facility.
Very easy to schedule daycare and boarding. The environment is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s obvious they care about the dogs and my dog is always excited to go!
