Our highly trained team of canine lovers will treat your pup like one of their own by providing them with the attention and love they deserve. Your dog will be happy, healthy and safe during their stay.

Going out of town? Give your pup a vacation of their own! At Dogtopia of Geneva, boarding dogs enjoy full days of supervised, off-leash play with their furry and human friends, so they can exercise, socialize, and have fun while you’re away.
NEW TO DOGTOPIA?
Getting started is easy! All new dogs begin with a complimentary Meet & Greet so we can get to know your pup and make sure our open-play environment is a good fit for them.
Once your pup successfully completes their Meet & Greet, they’re welcome to stay and play for the rest of the day at no charge! They’ll also receive 2 FREE days of daycare to use after their Meet & Greet.
For dogs who are new to Dogtopia or have not attended in more than four months, we require two days of daycare within 30 days before their boarding stay. These two days are complimentary! This gives your pup a chance to become familiar with our team, playrooms, and routine before spending the night with us.
We recommend planning ahead, especially around holidays. Boarding reservations can be secured once all required forms are completed and your pup has successfully passed their Meet & Greet.
A FULL DAY OF FUN
Unlike traditional boarding facilities where dogs may spend much of their day kenneled, Dogtopia is designed around exercise, socialization, and play. Boarding dogs enjoy 8–10 hours of supervised, off-leash play each day with opportunities to enjoy both our indoor playrooms and outdoor yards.
After a full day of exercise and fun, your pup can settle in for a well-earned night of rest.
MAKING YOUR PUP FEEL AT HOME
We encourage pet parents to bring their dog’s regular food to help maintain their normal diet and avoid an upset stomach. Food may be refrigerated, frozen, or dry and individually portioned for each meal.
You may also bring one crate-appropriate bedding item, such as a bed or blanket, to help your pup feel comfortable at bedtime. Toys are permitted in suites only and should be limited to one durable toy that cannot be easily chewed apart or ingested.
We’re also happy to administer medications, ointments, and drops at no additional charge. Please note that we are unable to administer injectable medications.
COMFORTABLE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
At bedtime, dogs staying in our standard accommodations sleep in cozy, home-style crates in the same familiar playroom they enjoyed during the day.
We also offer spacious suites with full walls and glass doors. Suites are a great option for dogs who may be more comfortable outside of a crate or for families with multiple dogs who would like to stay together.

BOARDING PICKUP
Our boarding rate is all-inclusive and includes daycare through 12:00 PM on the day of pickup. Later pickups are welcome and will include a half-day daycare fee.
A typical Boarding Day
6:30 – 7:00 | Morning Stretch & outside for potty break and then breakfast
7:00 – 8:00 | Rest time to digest their food while their daycare friends are coming in to start the day
8:00 – 12:00 | Supervised open play, including fun and games in our 3 spacious indoor and 3 outdoor play areas
12:00 – 2:00 | Lunchtime and a well-deserved “me time”
2:00 – 6:00 | More time to play with their BFFF’s (Best Furry Friends Forever)
6:00 – 7:00 | Dinner time and rest time for proper digestion
7:00 – 8:00 | Final potty break and time to get beds ready to get tucked in for a great nights sleep

Dogs may be dropped off or picked up during our designated boarding hours listed below. Please note that drop-off and pick-up are not available during our 12:00–2:00 PM naptime or outside of the hours listed below. We recommend bringing your pup earlier in the day when possible so they have time to acclimate, enjoy playtime, and be tired and ready to settle in for their first night of boarding.

Saturday
Drop-off & Pick-up: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pick-up Only: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
Please ring the doorbell for pick-ups between 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, and a team member will come let you in.
Sunday
We are not open for daycare on Sundays, but our boarding dogs still enjoy a full day of playtime with their fellow boarding friends.
Pick-up Only: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
We do not accept boarding drop-offs on Sundays. Please ring the doorbell during these times, and a team member will come let you in.
WEBCAM ACCESS
We understand the separation anxiety that comes along with being away from your furry family member which is why we offer live webcam access in all of our inside and outside areas so you can check in on your dog at during play hours. For your peace of mind, you can access our live webcams on your desktop or through our free mobile app, which is available on both Apple and Android devices. Also be sure to check Facebook and Instagram for adorable pictures we are posting to see some of the fun activies they participate in each week.
ADD A SPA SERVICE
What’s better than picking up your pup after their boarding stay? Picking up a clean and fresh smelling pup after their boarding stay! You can add any spa service to your dog’s visit, from a nail clipping to a shampoo and blow out, we will ensure you are picking up one pampered pup.
BOOK YOUR MEET & GREET
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. That is why we require all new boarding dogs to attend a Meet & Greet session with our team at Dogtopia of Geneva, where we will get acquainted with your dog and determine if they are a right fit for our off-leash, open-play environment. Additionally, we require both daycare and boarding pups be up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered and be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases.
In addition to the meet and greet all new boarding dogs or dogs who have not attended Dogtopia in over 4 months will be required to attend 2+ days of daycare within 30 days of the boarding to make sure they are safe, comfortable and well-acclimated to the environment. We want to make sure we have a good understanding of their play style and enegry level, ensuring the safest and least stressful boarding stay possible.
