I really love how excited my fur child is when he realizes he’s going to Dogtopia. He starts yelling and dancing around the car about 2 blocks before we get there. Once we get there he leaps out of the car and drags me to the door. If I’m not fast enough opening the door he will scratch at it because he wants to be in there NOW! I love that I can watch on camera, it gives me peace of mind. And I like that the staff is really good about giving dogs who aren’t playing nice or are getting too worked a break and rotates them in and out of the group so everyone still gets play time but also has a few minutes to chill out when needed.

We absolutely love Geneva Dogtopia!! Each staff member is clearly a dog lover, and it brings such comfort knowing that when we drop our dog off with them! We utilize their services two times a week for doggie day care, and our dog gets beyond excited to go! We say “Dogtopia” at home and he starts listening very intently and gets excited to go for a ride to spend the day with doggie friends and Dogtopia staff!

The staff took extra time with our puppy Murphy to make sure he was ready for daycare, we really appreciated that they were invested in making his experience so positive!! He goes once a week and just loves it. We would highly recommend!!!
Everything! Clean, welcoming environment. Friendly staff who clearly love our pups! My dog goes nuts the second I pull into the driveway. I wish I could bring her every day!
