I love everyone there, the loving care they provide for all of the dogs – a complete joy to work with, and Tucker loves every minute he spends there. Makes me a happy Tucker mom!! I would without hesitation recommend Dogtopia of Geneva

All the associates friendly. They love on and take great care of our dogs Giovanni and Molly.

The flexibility with say care for dogs .

Communication with the main person. Sometimes someone else picks up and they tell that person something but I prefer to have the message directly to me. Whether it is a call, text or email. I prefer that than getting it second hand from the person who picked up my dog.

I like the ease of drop off/pick up. Having a card on file so I dont have to stand there with a crazy dog running on his leash while my card gets swiped is amazingly helpful. I also love that this daycare has camera access. I switched from another local daycare because my dog kept coming home injured or sick and without cameras I couldnt tell why. I have not had an issue with this from dogtopia and can see from the cameras that the staff does intervene if play gets a little too rough before my 8lb dog gets hurt by a 20lb dog. Keep up the good work and we will continue to recommend this place.

My dog is always excited to go to daycare at Dogtopia. And she’s always happy (and tired!) when she comes home.
