Friendly and truly caring about our dog.
Everybody was warm and welcoming. The facility is clean. The cameras make sure we see what’s going on and my gdog is happy when she walks in.

We love Dogtopia Geneva for our dog! He loves going there two times a week. The staff are amazing! I love how they have different rooms for different sizes. It lessens any worry as an owner of a small dog! Also, it is CLEAR that all the staff are huge dog lovers, which also brings so much comfort!
The location is very convenient and front staff is friendly. We can check on our boy thru the mornings while he is . We trust the service staff in the spa as well.
