Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They immediately helped my pup (who’s new to doggy daycare) at home, treating her gently and kindly. One member of staff even stood with me through her break while my dog was being assessed, as I was clearly a little worried for my dog. Even though we’re new, they also allowed me to do a late pick-up. I would highly recommend Dogtopia Halifax, and if I’m in the city again will definitely be using them for my doggy daycare needs.
Clean very friendly
The staff are always so kind and welcoming. Whiskey is always excited to go to dogtopia and he has a blast every time. I “literally” have to drag out of there. I love that I can watch my dog via the webcams. I don’t have to miss out on his daily shenanigans. Whiskey loves all the canine coaches and comes home happy and ready for a nap.
