Haywood Road Reviews
547 Haywood Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607
Every employee goes the extra mile for our pups. They truly are the best and love our four legged babies.
Extremely friendly staff, they seem to really care about the dogs. Wish they stimulated the dogs more/more playtime with toys or outside, but other than that no complaints!
Ease of use using the app. Caring and friendly staff.
People people people!!
A dog can be okay just about anywhere but the people that care for them make them love to go back each and every day.
Every employee at the Haywood location has a deep love for these dogs.
The change in feel for this location has improved dramatically over the past year or so. Every single staff member is so kind and understanding. The themed camp days are adorable. The attention to play is so much better. And, most of all, Penny absolutely loves being there. Thank you all for taking such great care of her!
Attention given to the dogs. Rest time, adjustable days
Owners and staff super friendly.
Friendly & professional canine coaches. Fabulous spa services.
Safe environment for our girl while we work.
Everyone who works there is so friendly and treated me and my pup with lots of care! Great people and they keep their place in tip top shape!
The gentleman at the front of the office seemed frustrated that we dropped Maverick, our dog, off at 12pm…we had specified this time in the reservation that got approved and were not aware that drop-offs were discouraged from 12-2pm…
In addition, the guy at the front also told us that our food needed to be individually separated per day/feeding instead of in a single bag for the entire stay for the staff to serve/portion to our dog. This was news to us, as we had just been there a few weeks prior and no one told us this requirement before nor did they have an issue with it the last few times we were there. We are happy to follow these ‘asks’ but we were not aware of the new rules – and the guy seemed a little ‘cold’ that we were not aware…just an observation and was curious if other customers may have noticed/experienced the same reaction.
