Friendly staff who clearly love dogs. Flexible times for pick up and drop off. Our dog loves going there.
Friendly staff and safe environment for my dog. He goes primarily to keep him socialized with other dogs. The groomers do a great job with haircuts, ear cleanings etc.
Most important, my dog gets super excited about going to Dogtopia which tells me all I need to know.
Would like to be able to rotate the camera feed. Doesn’t rotate on the new app platform.

The people. You have an excellent staff. I feel that you truly care about the dogs in your care and that you are paying close attention to the dogs in the room.
My dogs stayed overnight for 4 nights and they came home happy and tired. I liked using the cameras to peek in on them so that I could see their interactions with other dogs and the staff. I will definitely continue to use Dogtopia for daycare and boarding
