Last fall, we noticed a significant degradation of service and cleanliness at Dogtopia Herndon- we stopped our weekly plan because our dog kept coming home with pee stained feet, smelling terrible and last straw was kennel cough. It was clear that the location was changing management, or had a lack of it. (Or at least we assumed)

WOW have things changed for the better. This spring, I have been blown away by the changes, the staff’s professionalism, the cleanliness, the communication from the staff and overall experience. Whatever you’re doing now will definitely have our family sending our dog way more often again!

The people who work at Dogtopia are very nice and took great care of my puppy Luna. They kept me informed on things they were doing and the webcam made it possible to see my puppy every day I was away. Dogtopia is a great place to board your dog if your going out of town.

Dogtopia Herndon has a wonderful caring staff and a large indoor play area for your dog to play and interact with other dogs. The staff makes a point of making doggie daycare fun by planning special events for the dogs during the week and celebrating throughout the year with fun photo ops of your dog on special days and holidays. My dog Sophie is always super excited to go play wth her friends at Dogtopia!
