Billy and Louie’s first couple days at Dogtopia have been wonderful! The staff is responsive and seem genuinely happy to be there. The seem to know our pups by name after a mere 24 hours. It is clean and I feel safe for my dogs to be there in their care.
It’s obvious how much they care about the doggies!
I like that I can watch my puppy on the cameras, and I like the fun activities they do sometimes. I can tell the employees love and care for dogs and they make my Dolly feel so special.
More outdoor play, address the odor of dog urine, at least at the front door.
Very easy to book. Very easy to drop-off and pick-up.
Staff are always friendly, and they genuinely do live the dogs.
