The staff are always so friendly and helpful and my dog Buster takes to them and he is not always very outgoing with people but he goes right up to them tail wagging. Also they keep you informed of any changes or needs your fur baby may have while staying.
I have only been once but the staff seems for friendly and truly care for the dogs in their care.
