Stay Your Way
All boarding stays include supervised daycare during the day and cozy, home-style rest at night.
When life takes you out of town or you need reliable overnight care for your dog, we’re here to help. At Dogtopia of Highlands Ranch, our boarding experience lets dogs enjoy structured play during the day and cozy, home-style comfort at night — all under the watchful care of our trained Canine Coaches. Whether it’s one night or a longer stay, your pup will feel safe, loved, and right at home!
What Makes Our Boarding Special
Overnight stays at Dogtopia of Highlands Ranch aren’t like traditional boarding. Dogs have the chance to play, socialize, and get quality exercise during the day — just like daycare. Rather than spending their time in a kennel run, they enjoy open playrooms and interaction with other dogs in a supervised, structured setting. At night, they rest comfortably in clean, home-style crates designed for comfort and security.
We ask that you drop your dog off before 4 p.m. so they can acclimate, meet new friends, and settle in before bedtime. Our team follows strict care and safety standards, including the 1:15 staff-to-dog ratio required by the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
Stay Connected With Live Webcams
We know that leaving your dog overnight can be emotional. That’s why we offer live webcam access so you can check in on your pup from your phone or desktop. Watch them make friends, relax, or explore during their stay — because peace of mind matters for you just as much as comfort matters for them!
Supervised, Safe, and Structured
Your dog’s safety is always our top priority. Before any boarding stay, we ask that each dog completes a Meet & Greet and two days of daycare so our team can get to know their personality, play style, and comfort level in our open-play environment.
To help keep all dogs healthy and happy, we also require up-to-date vaccinations and that all pups are free of fleas, ticks, or contagious illness.
What to Bring for a Comfortable Stay
For a smooth and comfortable boarding experience, we recommend bringing:
-
Your dog’s regular food in a Ziploc bag or airtight, sealable container
-
Any medications or supplements in the original container/packaging, labeled with your dog’s name and dosage instructions
-
A favorite bed, blanket, or toy to help with homesickness — Please no squeaking toys!
