I love the Webcams so I can check up on my Roxie and know she’s playing and having a good time and being well taken care of.
Offer tours of the play areas after passing! (I have no idea if this is even allowed or not, so forgive my naivete)! We just passed our meet & greet this weekend, and are really impressed with how pup centric and great everyone we met was for us! We are looking forward to our upcoming doggy daycare dates! ❤️
Brook did an excellent job grooming our dog and was so pleasant to work with. And I noticed they have much better rates than other places so we’ll be boarding our dogs with them.
Friendly, I can watch my dog on the web cam. Very clean, indoor and outdoor play. You gave a discount this week. I’m bringing her twice due to that.
Upon walking in for my appointment, I was greeted immediately and Maggie was taken back for her bath. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I was told it would be an hour and after 2 hours I tried to reach you to see if everything was okay and if she was ready for pickup but I couldn’t reach anyone by phone
