With more than 15 years of experience in dog training and managing doggy daycares, Ashley McCool brings extensive knowledge, hands-on expertise, and genuine passion to her role as District Manager overseeing three Houston-area Dogtopia locations: Memorial, Vintage Park, and Atascocita.
Certified in dog CPR and highly knowledgeable in pet nutrition, Ashley is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and enrichment for every dog in her care. Her leadership philosophy centers on teamwork and communication, fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture that empowers staff and ensures every pup receives consistent, compassionate care.
Over her three years with Dogtopia, Ashley has continued to build upon her experience in the pet care industry, focusing on operational excellence and strengthening relationships with both pet parents and team members. She takes pride in leading with empathy, ensuring that each location operates with integrity and joy — the true spirit of Dogtopia.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud dog mom to KyRo, a spirited 4-year-old Belgian Malinois, and Brownie, her loyal 14-year-old miniature dachshund. She looks forward to continuing her journey with Dogtopia and making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of dogs and their families.
Alyssa Baker, Pet Parent Manager
Alyssa is an enthusiastic Pet Parent Manager of 5 years dedicated to fostering strong communication and building lasting relationships with both daycare dogs and their pet parents. With a deep passion for dog health and overall happiness, Alyssa is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where both pets and their owners feel valued and cared for.
Alyssa is a proud pet parent to two Micro–American Bullies: Smokie, Zaza and an American Staffordshire Terrier, Kush. Her experience as a pet owner enhances her understanding of the needs and concerns of pet parents, allowing her to connect on a personal level. Her outgoing personality and positive outlook shine through in her work, ensuring that every family feels supported and that their furry companions receive the best care possible. Alyssa’s expertise and dedication to enhancing the lives of dogs and their owners make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Victoria Jackson, Canine Coach Trainer
Victoria is a versatile and dedicated member of the Dogtopia team, often seen moving seamlessly between the front desk and daycare rooms. In her role as a Canine Coach Trainer, Victoria takes on a wide range of responsibilities, from preparing meals and giving spa treatments to managing the daycare rooms and much more.
With 5 years of experience at Dogtopia of Memorial, she has developed a keen eye for spotting changes in dog behavior, ensuring that all furry guests are happy and healthy. Victoria is also committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment, contributing to the overall well-being of the pets in her care.
