The staff is always wonderfully nice and seems to care about our dogs and get to know each of their personalities/needs. We love having web cam access and getting to watch our dog during the day!
Two things I’d recommend: 1) Longer weekend hours. As a healthcare worker, we often have to board our dog on weekends if we work bc we cannot make it by 5pm or 2pm to get her.
2) More transparent info/info on the website about safety features, time of meals, typical outdoor times
Everyone is just great and friendly and helpful. I trust leaving my dog there. He loves it. It makes me so happy to see him happy.

Whilst in the car she will start crying and barking two blocks from the location as she is so excited.
