The kindness and professionalism of each staff member. Each staff member has a knowledge base of excellent advice for caring for your furry friend. I also like how Snickers love to go to each staff member and give them kisses. My furry friend does not do this to everyone-/ that’s why I know he is treated with lots of love and care ♥️
