Convenient location and friendly staff with creative enrichment activities. My dog comes home happy and tired!
Staff is super friendly, they love my dog, I can keep an eye on him whenever I want through webcams. And when we arrive he is always super eager to go in and start playing!

Staff is friendly, knows me and my dog. by name. My dog shows no anxiety when I leave him, He’s obviously happy to be there.
Some of the staff who supervise the Dog rooms sit in the corner and play on their cell phone for long periods as opposed to actually interacting with the dogs. Some of the staff are not prompt about mopping up urine on the floors.
Other staff were excellent about roaming around the room and even when sitting down were interacting with the animals, talking to them and making eye contact with them.
My Schatzi is super happy to see “her friends” every time.
