Great hours and friendly staff

I have had several billing errors that I have had to catch / call for. Which I know it happens (I make these mistakes while billing clients all the time!) but I feel bad / high maintenance for having to call in and get the issue fixed.

Other than that, I enjoy how sweet the staff is when greeting Kipling and that he is always pretty excited to hang out at Dogtopia for the day.

I wish there were more photoshoot opportunities! and perhaps an earlier drop-off time for Saturdays (maybe once or twice a month? I know y’all want to sleep in too though, I get it!) Some Saturdays I work at 8:30 am, and would love to take Kipling to have fun and hang out with some pals for the mornings, but since Saturdays you guys open at 9 am, I can’t make it work. Anyways, I understand there has to be a demand for it, and if there isn’t, it just doesn’t make sense to offer it.

Love this staff. Tricia and Lupeta and Reggie and Christian and so many more wonderful people to love on and care for my puppy while I’m gone makes me feel so good.

Take the dogs outside more. I watched quite a bit on the webcam and did not see my dog outside at all. I think if they pee/poop inside they could bring this behavior home.

Great team at West U location

Took my pup Billie in for her first doggy daycare experience at Dogtopia and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to walk me through the entire assessment process. I appreciated the transparency and the option to check in on Billie via their live webcams throughout the day. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly run with care. Most importantly, Billie was well taken care of and came home happy and tired. Great first experience—looking forward to bringing her back!
